Dave Brown - President
Dave is the President of eDemand Inc. He is a founder of multiple high technology start up companies including America Online where he developed the AOL Instant Messaging (AIM) application. Prior to eDemand, he served in senior management roles for large multi-national corporations including SITA, DHL, NetExpress, Control Video Corporation, and Digital Broadcasting Corporation. Dave is a member of the Board of Trustees for Young Harris College in Young Harris, Georgia. He previously served as a member of the Board of Directors for Passenger Air Tariff based in Geneva, Switzerland, Mobile Travel Booking in Atlanta, and as a senior partner in the Atlanta Consulting Team. Dave is a senior executive with international experience in business, technology, cybersecurity, compliance, and finance. He specializes in high volume mission critical transaction processing systems (including fare collection systems), IT security, risk management, PCI Compliance, and IT vendor management for enterprises. Dave earned his MBA and a Bachelor of Sciences, Business Administration. He maintains recognized certifications for Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) from ISACA, PCI Professional (PCIP) from PCI-SSC, and Six Sigma Green Belt. Dave attended the University of Maryland, College Park. |
Michael Workman PhD - Board of Advisors
Michael has over thirty years of experience in the computer industry where he began as a software engineer. Mike moved into management roles including the Chief Technology Officer for companies including Digital Equipment Corp (DEC), He was the CTO at NETCommerce and helped secure two funding rounds for over $12 million. Other positions include Unisys, Bank of America, Openware, Alltel (now Verizon), Equant/France Telecom, and NETCommerce. Michael taught as a professor of Information Sciences at Florida State University (FSU) and Florida Institute of Technology (FIT). Michael currently teaches at Texas A&M. Michael has experience in entrepreneurship, leadership, management, strategy, software architecture, process methodologies, software design and development, commercialization, funding, and research & development. Michael has successfully managed virtual teams and departments of 500+ staff. He has managed budgets over $50 million with a track record for on-schedule and on-budget delivery of high quality, high demand products used commercially around the world. Michael received his Ph.D. from Georgia State University, and has an MBA and an undergraduate degree in computer science. |
David Rincon - Board of Advisors
David is the founder and Managing Partner at Cornerstone Data Systems, Inc based in Atlanta, Georgia. He also founded The DBA Group, LLC, a professional services firm focused on delivering Oracle Core Technology expertise to its clients. David sold the DBA Group to a NASDAQ publicly traded company. David was an instructor for Oracle University where he delivered the Oracle DBA Masters Curriculum track at Oracle training facilities throughout the US. David has worked with Oracle Core Technologies since 1992. He is an industry recognized leader for Oracle consulting and solutions. David holds a degree from Louisiana State University and is an Oracle Certified DBA Master. |
William Kalahar - Board of Advisors
Bill is a trusted adviser to business executives and Chief Information Officers in both Public and Commercial Sectors. Bill has experience in both Management and IT positions. Public Sector consulting has included engagements at the Federal, State and Local levels. His commercial consulting experience spans multiple industries, including Governance, Financial Services, Retail, Consumer, Utilities and Transportation. Bill was a Captain in the United States Air Force and held IT leadership positions with BearingPoint, Gartner, Coca-Cola, Information Systems of America (ISA), Wachovia, and Electronic Data Systems (EDS). He holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics and the following certifications: Certified Computer Professional (CCP) from the Institute for the Certification of Computer Professionals (ICCP); Certified Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT) from ISACA, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI). |

Denise is a senior executive with over 20 years business experience in managing businesses and has been involved in high technology start-ups. Denise manages all accounting and finance aspects for eDemand including vendor management, budgeting, benefits, and daily business administration. Previously she was involved in multiple technology startups where she developed the customer service teams for companies including America Online and PlayNet.
Denise earned a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science from Sienna College in Loudenville, NY.

Donte Burnes - Director of Technology
Donte is a senior technology executive and has 20 years experience in networks and systems design, configuration, implementation and operations of high technology systems. Donte specializes in cybersecurity and transit fare collection systems. He leads technology for eDemand with a focus on cybersecurity and compliance.
His experience with technology extends across Windows, Linux, AIX, HP/UX, RHEL, OEL, SAN systems, networking, Oracle, SQL, AD, LDAP, Weblogic, and custom fare collection applications. Donte manages large transit system technologies for authorities including LA Metro, MARTA, and PATH. He formerly held positions with AT&T, UPS, and Cubic Transportation Systems.
Donte graduated from Hampton University with a Bachelor Degree in Computer Sciences. He holds the following industry certifications; CCNA, MSCA, MCP, Security+, Network+ and A+.
