We use Project Management Methodology and Procedures (PMMP) established as a consistent method for project planning, executing and monitoring. Our PMMP defines a clear approach to successful project delivery through a consistent and repeatable integration of practices and processes that comply with the Project Management Institute (PMI) standards. Utilizing this methodology ensures accurate reporting and information to guide the projects towards the desired business outcome. All of our Project Managers are certified PMP's from the Project Management Institute.

We understand that a project is temporary in that it has a defined beginning and end in time, and therefore defined scope and resources. Projects are part of an overall program and skilled leaders are needed for success.

We understand that a project is unique in that it is not a routine operation, but a specific set of operations designed to accomplish a singular goal. A project team includes people who don’t usually work together – sometimes from different organizations.
